SHIPPINGONLINE ORDERS
-
Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier on business days. Weekends and public holidays in Korea are not counted.
-
Within Korea
Sent by CJ Logistics. Shipping is ₩3,000, and free on orders over ₩50,000. Delivery takes one to three business days after dispatch.
-
International
Sent by Korea Post EMS. The charge is worked out at checkout from the destination and the weight at standard EMS rates, plus ₩3,000 for packing. Free shipping doesn't apply to international orders.
Delivery takes two to five business days after dispatch, not counting time in customs. Any customs duty or import tax is charged by the destination country and paid by the recipient. We can't calculate it in advance.
-
Address errors
If a parcel comes back because the address or contact number was wrong, or because nobody could receive it, the cost of sending it again is yours.
RETURNSCANCELLATION · EXCHANGE · REFUND
-
Before dispatch
Cancel any time before the parcel leaves us, and you'll be refunded in full.
-
After delivery
You may cancel the order within 7 days of receiving it. Send the kit back complete and we'll refund it. If you're simply changing your mind, the return postage is yours; if the kit is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, it's ours.
-
Returning from abroad
If you send an international order back because you changed your mind, both the postage out and the postage back are yours. If the kit is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, they're ours.
-
Faults
Printing or binding defects, a damaged envelope, missing or damaged stickers, a broken keyring, or a wrong item — we exchange or refund these. Contact us within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of noticing the problem.
Send your order number and photographs of the full contents along with the damage, and we'll arrange it from there.
-
What we can't take back
A kit that has been used or damaged after delivery, once stickers have been applied or the passport written in, or where the value has clearly dropped through use.
-
Random keyrings
The keyring is shipped at random from fifteen designs. Getting a duplicate, or not getting the one you wanted, isn't grounds for an exchange — but it doesn't take away your right to cancel the order within 7 days.
-
Print variation
Colour and paper texture may differ slightly from the images on this site, and trimming can vary by a hair. These are normal for printed goods and aren't treated as faults.
NOTE Nothing here limits the rights you have under Korean consumer law. Where this page and the law disagree, the law applies.
FAQASKED MOST OFTEN
-
Do I need to read Korean?
No. The kit is printed in four editions — Korean, English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. Pick the one you read; the missions, the tips and the forms are all in that language.
-
Do I have to install an app?
No. There's no app and no account. The whole thing runs on paper. A QR code on the last page lets you file a report with headquarters afterwards, but that's optional and nothing depends on it.
-
Is there a stamp I have to find somewhere?
No. There are no stamp desks and no partner venues to visit. Clear stickers come in the kit — you close each district page yourself once you've finished it.
-
How long does it take?
As long as you like. There's no deadline and no set order. Do one district in an afternoon, or spread the fifteen across several trips.
-
Do I have to finish all fifteen districts?
No. Every district stands on its own. Finishing one is a complete thing in itself.
-
Can I choose which keyring I get?
No. One of fifteen is packed at random, and ordering several may give you duplicates. The remaining designs are sold separately.
-
Can two of us share one kit?
One kit registers one agent — there's a single passport and a single ID. You're welcome to travel together, but for two sets of records you'd want two kits.
-
What if a place is closed when I get there?
It happens. The passport carries a field note for each district covering closing days and the times worth avoiding, so check the page before you set out.
-
Is this suitable for children?
The districts include museums, parks and malls, and the assignments are things like finding, tasting and noticing. Younger agents will want an adult along for the walking and the reading.
