| Within Korea | Sent by CJ Logistics. Shipping is ₩3,000, and free on orders over ₩50,000. Jeju adds ₩3,000 and other remote or island areas add ₩5,000. Delivery takes one to three business days after dispatch. |

| International | Sent by Korea Post EMS. The charge is worked out at checkout from the destination and the weight at standard EMS rates. Free shipping doesn't apply to international orders. Delivery takes two to five business days after dispatch, not counting time in customs. |
| Dispatch | Orders are packed and handed to the carrier on business days. Weekends and public holidays in Korea are not counted. |
| Islands · remote areas | A further ₩3,000 for Jeju, and ₩5,000 for other islands and remote areas. |
| Returned parcels | If a parcel comes back because the address or contact number was wrong, or because nobody could receive it, the cost of sending it again is yours. |
| Customs · import tax | Any customs duty or import tax is charged by the destination country and paid by the recipient. We can't calculate it in advance. |
