02Passport mission book× 1

The emblem is stamped in matte gold foil on a leather-textured laminated cover. It is made to the size of a real passport. Carry out your assignments well.
03Seal stickers× 20

Clear stickers that let the printing underneath show through. The paw emblem sits inside the circle.
04Boarding-pass mission card× 1

A card shaped like an air ticket. You fill in the agent name, the agent number and the immigration field yourself.
05Agent ID set× 1 SET

This is the agent ID of BUMMY, your partner. Wear it while you carry out the assignments.

Printed colour and paper texture may differ somewhat from the images on screen, and trimming carries slight variation. These are ordinary characteristics of printed matter and are not treated as defects.

Method and timing of delivery	Domestic orders ship with CJ Logistics and overseas orders with Korea Post EMS. Dispatch is on business days; after dispatch, delivery takes 1–3 business days domestically and 2–5 business days overseas (customs time is not included). Domestic shipping is ₩3,000 and is free on orders of ₩50,000 or more. Jeju adds ₩3,000 and other remote or island areas add ₩5,000. Overseas shipping is calculated automatically at the EMS standard rate.
Withdrawal of subscription and cancellation	You may cancel at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund. You may withdraw within 7 days of receipt; where the reason is a simple change of mind, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer (for overseas orders, the round-trip international carriage). Withdrawal may be restricted where use has clearly reduced the value of the goods — for example if the item has been used or damaged, if stickers have been applied, or if the passport has been written in. Where the goods are defective or wrongly delivered, you may withdraw within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of learning of the fact, and the return cost is borne by the seller.
Exchange · return · warranty and refund	The quality warranty standard follows the Consumer Dispute Resolution Criteria under Article 16 of the Framework Act on Consumers. Exchange and return enquiries are received at Whale Land, 010-9937-1628 · contact@whalelandkr.com. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; where a refund is delayed, the delay compensation set by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce is paid.
Consumer damage compensation · complaints and dispute handling	Consumer damage compensation and complaints are received at contact@whalelandkr.com and handled under the relevant statutes and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Criteria. Where agreement is not reached, you may apply for mediation through the Korea Consumer Agency counselling centre (1372, no area code) or the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee.
