POLICYWHAT WE DO AND DON'T HOLD

1. What we collect on this site

   NOTHING

   This site has no sign-up, no login, no cart, no payment and no forms. We do not ask for your name, contact details or payment information anywhere on it, and we hold no database of visitors.

2. What your browser stores

   The site keeps the settings a screen has to remember in your browser's local storage. On your first visit it checks your language once, and when you pick a language or a motion setting yourself, it writes that choice down. Three values are stored:

   • covertLanguage — the language you are reading (kr · en · jp · cn). It updates when you switch languages.
   • cov_lang — value 1. Nothing else. It records only that the language check has already happened.
   • covert-motion — your on-screen motion setting (auto · full · static). Written only when you change it in the footer.

   All three stay in your browser and are never sent to us. None of them identifies you, and clearing your browser storage deletes them along with everything else. The site keeps working either way.

   We run nothing that collects personal information automatically. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Hosting and server logs

   The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, that service records requests it receives, which can include IP addresses. Those logs belong to the hosting provider and are handled under its own policy — we neither receive them nor keep copies.

4. Fonts

   We do not load typefaces from anywhere else. The site uses only the system fonts already installed on your device, so nothing goes out to another service to fetch a font.

5. When you buy something

   Purchases happen not here but on the online shop Whale Land runs. It is our own shop, not a marketplace we sell through. Whatever you enter there — name, address, contact details, payment — is collected and handled under the privacy notice posted on that shop, which you should read before ordering. This page covers only this promotional site.

6. Things we haven't switched on yet

   We intend to add a contact form, a newsletter sign-up, pickup bookings and website analytics. None of these are running today. When any of them goes live, we will update this page first — with what is collected, why, and how long it is kept — and the change will be dated.

7. Sharing and outsourcing

   NONE

   Because we hold no personal information from this site, there is nothing to pass to third parties, nothing entrusted to a processor on our behalf, and nothing transferred abroad.

8. Your rights

   Under Korean law you may ask to see the personal information an organisation holds about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask that its processing be stopped. Since we hold none from this site, there would be nothing to show you — but if you want to check, write to us and we will confirm.

   For anything you entered while buying, please direct the request to the shop where you placed the order.

   If you believe your rights over your personal information have been infringed, you may apply to either of the following bodies for dispute resolution or advice.

9. Changes to this notice

   If what we collect changes, or the law requires it, we will revise this notice and post it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be posted before they take effect.
